Where can I view my receipt?

You will receive a receipt for every transaction via email detailing your purchase. If you didn't receive your receipt, please check your spam folder.

How can I return an item?

If you are interested in returning an item, please take a look at our return policy.

Can you ship to me?

Due to state law and/or PACT Act regulations, we cannot ship certain items containing e-liquid to certain areas. We are also unable to ship to P.O boxes.

I didn't receive my order

Please allow for 2-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled as we are currently experiencing high volume of orders at this time.

Once your order has been shipped please monitor your shipment tracking regularly.

Age verification issue

All Orders are subject to age verification. You may be prompted to upload and submit a valid photo ID and head shot via email or text.

If we have any issues verifying your Identity, we will contact you.
